SCS is an organization based on the value of excellent Customer Service. Being a provider of merchant services to community banks across the United States, exceptional customer service is vital to the success of a community bank Merchant Services program. Merchant services has become a commoditized industry leaving little differences between the products and services one processor can offer over another. That being the case, success in this industry comes down to how you service not only a bank’s customers but the bank itself. At SCS we believe in doing the little things that distinguish us from our competition, as well as fulfilling our obligations to our customers and employees. We have grown into an organization that has not forgotten what allowed us to achieve the success we have today. We still have human beings answer the phone on every call. The principal partners of the company attend meetings with prospective and existing bank customers to ensure we are fulfilling their needs. We have eliminated hierarchy in our organization so our staff can make on-the-fly decisions, instead of going through levels and levels of bureaucracy.
